Maintenance  Fee Payment

 

To provide the various services AIAOWA charges a fee.  AIAOWA charges maintenance (including corpus) to its residents on a quarterly basis.

The current maintenance rate is INR 3 per Sqft per month (INR 2.5 for regular maintenance and INR 0.5 for corpus). Any surcharges are added to the quarterly invoice.

Our Financial year is April to March and the 4 quarters are April-June, July-Sep, Oct-Dec and Jan-March. The invoices are generated for each apartment and are sent to each and every resident over mail (soft copy) to the registered email ids. A copy of the invoice is also posted on Common Floor. SMS is sent to all the residents once the invoice gets generated. If required (not encouraged), the residents can get hard copy of their invoice from the Finance Manager at CRM office.

The invoices are generated within 5 working days from the start of the quarter. For ex, Jan-March invoices are generated within the 5th working day in January. The maintenance fee is inclusive of service tax.

Invoices are to be paid within the first month of the quarter. For ex, Jan to March invoice is to be paid by 31st Jan. The due date is mentioned on the face of the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within the due date, late fees/penalty is imposed. Penalty is imposed at the rate of 2% per month.  

 

Modes of making the payment of maintenance fees:

  • Cheque/DD can be given to the Finance person in CRM office during the office hours. Please remit the payment by way of cheque/DD in favor of 'AIAOWA'. Please write your Block and Flat Number on the back side of the cheque/DD. The account payable cheque can be sent to Finance Manager, Block A, CRM Office, AIAOWA.- Please collect the receipt on payment. In case of bounced cheque, a penalty charge of INR 250 will be levied.

 

  • Credit/Debit Card can be used to pay the maintenance charges. This facility is available with the Finance Manager at CRM office. Additional charge of 0.6% would be added for Credit/Debit card based payments.

 

  • Via CommonFloor – CommonFloor Payment Gateway can be used for payments.  Log into commonfloor.com to your account and select the receipt and use the gateway to make payments.

 

  • NEFT/Online transfer – We currently have banking relationship with ICICI bank and have just started our relationship with IDBI Bank. Currently, NEFT/Online fund transfer can be done in our ICICI Bank account. Following are the details:

 

    Online Option 1:

    Resident who wish to do the payment via FUND TRANSFER through ICICI BANK (ICICI a/c HOLDERS ONLY), please note the below details:

      Online Option 2:

      Resident who wish to do the payment through NEFT THROUGH NON ICICI BANK (NON ICICI a/c HOLDERS ONLY), please note the below details:

      Account Name: AJMERA INFINITY APT OWNERS WELFARE ASSON
      
Account Number: will be unique for each flat.
     
Example 1: For the resident of flat F 103 it will be AIAOWAF103
      Example 2: For the resident of M1702+1802 it will be AIAOWAM1702N1802
(N is to highlight the payment is for two flats)
